Our Site Managers,
As Canada’s largest residential landlord, CAPREIT prides itself on our customer service and the smooth operation of our properties. Our Site Managers coordinate all day-to-day activities at our properties by managing the building staff. Working together with the building team, the goal of this position is to maintain an occupancy rate of 100%, coordinate the collection of rental incomes, and ensure the satisfaction of all existing tenants.
Candidates for this position should have at least two to four years of experience in a similar property management role and excellent communication skills. Customer service and resident relations are an essential part of the Site Manager’s role.
This role requires travelling to multiple properties and as such, requires that the successful candidate have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. A car allowance will be provided as part of the total compensation for this role.
