Our Administrative Assistants,
As Canada’s largest residential landlord, CAPREIT prides itself on our customer service and the smooth operation of our properties. Our Administrative Assistants report to our Managing Directors and are responsible for all regional administrative requirements. They maintain accurate, up-to-date systems, prepare communications, and act as a point of contact between sites, the regional office, and head office. This position will include answering a high volume of incoming calls and creating a welcoming environment in the office.
Candidates for this position should have experience in customer relations, be proficient with computers, and have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate has excellent organization skills, the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
