Under the direction of our Property Managers, our Site Administrators are responsible for the administration of all site requirements. In their role, they work with Property Managers to rectify any tenant issues that may arise and maintain an up-to-date database of tenant information. The Site Administrator helps to maintain a 100% occupancy rate by ensuring excellent tenant relations, marketing suites as required, and handling site deposits.

This position involves working at multiple properties and as such requires that the successful candidate have access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence. A car allowance will be provided as compensation for this travel.

Ideal candidates for this position will be enthusiastic and motivating individuals who have outstanding communication skills. Applicants should have excellent supervisory and organization skills, be familiar with computers (Microsoft Office), and have the ability to work flexible hours.

Please note that applications from all interested individuals are appreciated; however, we will only contact candidates that are selected for an interview.
