As one of Canada’s largest residential landlords, CAPREIT prides itself on our customer service and the smooth operation of our properties. Our Administrative Coordinators are responsible for providing administrative support in order to ensure that the region operates effectively and efficiently.
This role will be accountable for providing superior administrative support and coordination for a Managing Director including thinking strategically and acting proactively to address potential challenges and opportunities. The Administrative Coordinator will work on records management, preparing communications, as well as event planning and project management.
Candidates for this position will be enthusiastic individuals with exceptional interpersonal skills who pay attention to detail and have the ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines. The ideal candidate has excellent computer, customer service, and communication skills.
