Under the direction of our Property Managers, our Site Administrators are responsible for the administration of all site requirements. In their role, they work with Property Managers to rectify any tenant issues that may arise and maintain an up-to-date database of tenant information. The Site Administrator helps to maintain a 100% occupancy rate by ensuring excellent tenant relations, marketing suites as required, and handling site deposits.

Ideal candidates for this position will be enthusiastic and motivating individuals who have outstanding communication skills. Applicants should have excellent supervisory and organization skills, be familiar with computers (Microsoft Office), and have the ability to work flexible hours.

This role requires working at multiple sites and as such, the successful candidate must have a valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle. A car allowance will be provided as part of the compensation for this role.

Please note that applications from all interested individuals are appreciated; however, we will only contact candidates that are selected for an interview.

CAPREIT values diversity in the workforce, is an equal opportunity employer, and welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities. Accommodations are available on request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process
