Our Administrative Coordinators,
As Canada’s largest residential landlord, CAPREIT prides itself on our customer service and the smooth operation of our properties. Our Administrative coordinators report to the Associate Vice President of Operations / Managing Directors and provide service for both staff and residents. They are primarily responsible for providing administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient follow-up of communication within their region.
Candidates for this position will be pleasant, enthusiastic individuals who pay attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines. The ideal candidate has excellent computer, customer service, and communication skills.
