Our Resident Managers,
As Canada’s largest residential landlord, CAPREIT prides itself on the quality and smooth operation of our properties. Our Resident Managers / Superintendents provide essential services to their CAPREIT property; they are well-rounded with the ability to accomplish cleaning tasks and conduct general repairs and replacements as necessary to maintain the property in an inviting manner. They display pride in their work, ensuring our buildings are well-maintained, comfortable and attractive for new and existing tenants. Resident Managers at certain properties might be required to input unit leases and oversee day-to-day building operations.
Candidates for this Superintendent position should have at least one to two years of experience in a building maintenance role and be able to demonstrate quality proficiency in all three repair skill-sets (plumbing, electrical and carpentry). The ideal candidate has a cooperative spirit, is patient while communicating, is able to work well with minimal supervision, is safety-conscious and can juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment.
