CAPREIT is currently seeking candidates for our Rotational Management Training Program (RMTP). The RMTP is a two-year program for recent university graduates that provides in-depth knowledge, hands-on experience and mentorship across the range of corporate departments and property operations of CAPREIT.
Our Management Trainees follow detailed schedules that permit them to work with many different teams and individual members of the CAPREIT staff. The interactions are aimed to be informative, inclusive and give Management Trainees a snapshot into the resources and opportunities that exist within our organization
