Position Summary: The Summer Student will support the Revenue team by helping reduce the backlog of tenant accounts. The role includes reviewing and correcting tenant statements, entering data in SAP, and preparing collection packages to send to collection agencies.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review tenant statements and identify errors or missing adjustments.
  • Make account adjustments such as rent entries, fees, credits, and write‑offs.
  • Complete accurate data entry in SAP.
  • Prepare all documents needed for collection packages (statement, history, notes, supporting documents).
  • Prepare and send the prior tenant files to collections
  • Help clear the backlog of priority accounts.
  • Work with the Revenue team to resolve questions or unclear items.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Basic understanding of tenant accounts and how rent, fees, and adjustments work.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable with data entry and working in systems like SAP.
  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • Studying in accounting, finance, or business administration is an asset.
