Title:  Associate Director, Co-Living and Revenue Programs

Reports To: VP., Operations Partnerships

 

Position Summary: The Associate Director of Co Living and Revenue Programs supports Operations and revenue generation for the program Nationally.  This role will seek revenue-generating strategies, including enhancing the co-living experience, maximizing occupancy and growing program revenue.  The role will support Operations with site logistical challenges, including following up on local regulatory inquiries.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support Operations with daily operations of co-living tenants including services
  • Develop procedures to manage student onboarding, move-in/move-out processes and residential policies and ensure consistent practices
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies for the program
  • Monitor occupancy rates, rental income, and additional revenue streams
  • Together with pricing and finance teams, prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of program
  • Identify opportunities for services within the rental spaces, including but not limited to short-term stays and value-added services
  • Collaborating with marketing, Lead the development of student programs, workshops, networking events, and wellness activities
  • Foster community engagement
  • Build partnerships with local businesses and community organizations that may support the co-living tenants
  • Explore collaborations that enhance co-living experience
  • Support marketing and leasing strategies to maintain high occupancy levels
  • Analyze housing demand trends and recommend adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Track program participation, occupancy rates, and revenue performance
  • Prepare reports for senior leadership on financial and operational outcomes
  • Use data to inform strategic decisions and improve program effectiveness
  • Support Project Momentum as required

 

 

Qualifications:

  • College diploma or University degree in Administration, Business, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in student – co-living operations
  • Experience managing budgets, revenue streams, and operational teams
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
