About the Leasing & Resident Experience Specialist opportunity:

 

  • Conduct property tours and provide information about the community and its amenities to prospective residents
  • Process rental applications and lease agreements
  • Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that resident service requests are addressed promptly
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident interactions and leasing activity
  • Plan and execute resident events and activities to foster a sense of community, as needed
  • Continuous engagement with residents throughout the duration of their tenancy -  fostering tenant retention and a sense of community
  • Other duties as assigned

 

What you need to succeed:

  • 3-5 years of prior experience in hospitality, property management or a related field
  • Excellent customer service, sales and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed to meet business requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing an exceptional resident experience
