Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative and versatile Communication Design Coordinator to join our Internal Communications team. This role will be pivotal in enhancing employee engagement across our nationwide organization by contributing to various projects and initiatives. You will support internal communications efforts through graphic design, video editing, and content creation, working on fun and engaging campaigns that foster connection and collaboration among employees.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for internal newsletters, presentations, event materials, and intranet content.
  • Video Editing: Edit short video content for internal use, including employee engagement videos, event highlights, and executive communications.
  • Content Creation: Assist in drafting and refining internal communications, including announcements, emails, and campaigns, with attention to tone, clarity, and engagement.
  • Project Support: Collaborate on internal projects and employee programs, ensuring clear communication across various teams.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all communications align with the company’s brand and tone guidelines.
  • Employee Engagement: Work on initiatives to promote a positive, connected work environment across our national offices.
  • Administrative Support: Provide organizational support, such as managing internal communications calendars and deadlines.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Strong writing and copy-editing abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Experience working on internal communications for large organizations.
  • Experience in SharePoint-based intranet platforms.
  • Proficiency in design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and collaborate with different teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in creating fun, engaging content to drive employee engagement and connection.
