Our Administrative Assistants,
As Canada’s largest residential landlord, CAPREIT prides itself on our customer service and the smooth operation of our properties. Our Administrative Assistants report to our Operations Manager and maintain accurate up-to-date systems. In their role, they are responsible for the administration of all site requirements, ensuring all legislation is prepared and executed properly, along with reviewing reports on a weekly basis.
Candidates for this position should have experience in customer relations, be proficient with computers, and have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate has excellent organization skills, the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment, and be flexible to work varying hours.
