    The Project Coordinator, CoE will report to the Director, CoE, and assist the project managers with organizing on-going projects.  They will work closely with the project managers and project teams to gain an understanding of the business requirements with the goal of getting the projects completed on time, within scope and budget.  With this understanding, the Project Coordinator will help to deliver projects to help the business achieve the best level of performance.
     
    Responsibilities:
    - Assist and work closely with Director, CoE, and Project Managers on various projects
    - Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures
    - Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings
    - Facilitate meetings, distribute minutes, document and follow up on important tasks/decisions from meetings
    - Prepare presentation materials for meetings
    - Ensure projects follow the project framework and documentation is maintained appropriately
    - Ensure project deadlines are met
    - Assess project risks/issues and propose solutions where applicable
    - Assist with training users where applicable
    - Assist Business Analysts with documentation of process flows, requirements (blueprint) and training documents
    - Test new system functionalities
    - Other duties, project tasks, administrative support and special projects as assigned.
     
      Qualifications:
    - University degree, college diploma or related field of study
    - Three years’ experience in related field
    - Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    - Ability to work under tight deadlines, multi-task and prioritize
    - Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written
    - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
    - Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, MS Projects and Outlook
    - Previous experience with SAP is preferable
